Job Description:
Job Summary
Please note: While typical work hours are 8 am - 5 pm, the Director
should be prepared to work some evenings and weekends to support
these programs. and weekends to support these programs.
The NTID Student Success Center (NSSC) is home to a variety of
first-year programs, including the Summer Vestibule Program,
Freshman Seminar, and the NTID College Restoration Program. As the
leader of NSSC, the Director plays a crucial role in directing and
guiding these programs. The Director must possess strategic
thinking skills, the ability to approach challenges from a holistic
perspective, and be a strong collaborator. It is also their
responsibility to ensure that all NSSC programs and events are
thoughtfully planned and effectively executed. The NSSC Director
reports to the NTID Associate Dean for Academic Administration
(ADAA).
