purpose:As a network engineering manager, you will lead a
distributed team of skilled professionals responsible for
designing, implementing, and maintaining fairlife s network
infrastructure, encompassing both traditional IT and Operational
Technology (OT) networks. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring
the reliability, security, and performance of our network systems
while managing a remote team to achieve organizational goals. This
role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic
planning abilities, with a focus on effective remote collaboration
and management.responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and develop a
distributed team of network engineers and administrators, fostering
a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous
learning.Implement effective communication strategies and
facilitate seamless interaction and coordination among team members
across different locations and time zones.Manage the design,
installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of network
connectivity and equipment for new and existing facilities.Manage
projects, tasks, and monitor progress/performance to ensure the
team meets objectives and deadlines.Develop and implement strategic
plans for the organization's network infrastructure to support
current and future business needs.Collaborate with other IT and
Automation (OT) teams to ensure seamless integration of network
systems with existing technologies, particularly those utilized in
CPWE and Purdue architectures.Enforce security policies and
procedures tailored to address specific risks and compliance
requirements.Support various audits and remediate any control
deficiencies and/or gaps.Report on infrastructure performance and
availability.Manage relationships with network hardware and
software vendors to ensure timely support, delivery of products,
and services suitable for both remote and on-premises
environments.Forecast future team budget requirements by working
closely with other departments to align IT initiatives with overall
business objectives.Maintain accurate documentation of network
configurations, policies, and procedures for both IT and OT
networks across remote and distributed
environments.skills/qualifications required: Bachelor s degree in
computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.Previous experience (2+ years) in a
managerial or leadership role, overseeing a team of IT
professionals.Proven experience (3+ years) in network
engineering/administration, with expertise in both traditional IT
networks and OT environments, including CPWE architecture.Strong
leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and
inspire a distributed team to achieve excellence.Strong knowledge
of networking protocols, hardware, and security best
practices.Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and hybrid
network environments, Azure experience preferred.Knowledge of
supporting Palo Alto firewalls and wireless networks in an
enterprise environment.--Excellent analytical and problem-solving
abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to
address challenges in both IT and OT contexts.Effective
communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical
concepts to non-technical stakeholders and bridge the gap between
IT and OT teams across different locations.Ability to handle
ambiguity and work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial
environment.working conditions and physical requirements:Standard

up to 25 lbs.food safety requirements:Notify supervision of any
repairs or adjustments that are required that may affect product
quality or food safety.Understand, observe, and comply with the
handling and usage of the color-coded container policy while in the
Production Areas.Perform all duties necessary to meet Company,
Customer and/or Government requirements/standards as prioritized by
the Company.Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of
nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the
product, processes, quality system, or safety system.Identify and
record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the
ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.Control
further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of
Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or
unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.In the event of

Directortravel requirements: 10%-20%, with increased travel

range: $140,000 - 160,000*Base pay offered may vary depending on
