Responsibilities:
--- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and
quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
--- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities
within specific geographies
--- Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls, or other
forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and
funnel them to the sales pipeline
--- Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on
prospective and past clients is current
--- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as
possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
Qualifications:
--- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both
written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel
by car
--- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree
preferred
--- Two years of previous sales experience
--- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
--- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
--- Previous experience with in-person and telephone sales,
customer service, and customer relations
--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
--- Strong organizational and time management abilities
--- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
--- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced environment
--- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are
required for this position
--- Must pass a background check
