Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York. Job Description & Requirements

• Employment Type: Travel Position / Specialty: MS/Tele RN
  Ratios: Normal Ratios for med/surg, Day and Eve 5:1 - can stretch to 6:1
  --- We have PCT's on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG's and any sort of activity of daily living
  --- We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines
  Years of experience REQ: 1
  First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
  Weekend REQ: EOW
  Certs REQ: BLS
  Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
  Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes, will not practice outside of scope
  Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) They will try but not guaranteed
  Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No locals (75 miles)
  Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No
  RTO Restrictions: Please keep RTO close to 1 week
