JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage on-site team, including schedules, progress and resources
• Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, and materials
• Collaborate with clients and members of management team
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
• Hire additional subcontractors and assign work accordingly
• Maintain daily log for the job site's operations, and report to management
• Make changes in operations as necessary to meet deadlines
• Implement cost-effective and efficient management techniques REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Effective leadership: Motivation, goal-setting and conflict resolution

  • Planning: Design execution, resource allocation and contingencies
