*NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2025 SUMMER COHORT**Objectives:*The Nurse Residency Program (NRP) is designed to facilitate the transition of new nurses from graduates to professionals. Through evidence-based practices, the program emphasizes the enhancement of decision-making skills in high-pressure situations and clinical leadership development, while aiming to incorporate nurse education into real-life practices.Our Residency Program strives to nurture the skills and confidence required for a seamless transition into clinical roles and a professional environment.*Requirements:*Graduate from an accredited RN program & have less than one year experience practicing as an RN.
