JOB OVERVIEW:

Job Opening: Home Care Aide (must be certified PCA, HHA, or CNA)
Branch: Liverpool, NY
Job Locations: VA home care clients in Syracuse NY & surrounding areas
Available Shifts: 2 to 3 hours per client - currently about 16-20 hours/week available, but new VA clients get added regularly so more hours could become available
Hourly Rate: $19.75/ hour for VA casework

Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license required - shopping/running errands for clients is part of the job (mileage paid).

  DUTIES:Your day might include: providing a safe way for clients to feel clean and refreshed (personal care); learning some new recipes and preparing meals; tidying their home to keep them healthy and being sure they follow their medication schedule. Other care may be needed to keep them safe. View job description -
  
  • Must be certified PCA, HHA or CNA (expired HHA ok)
  • Will transition CNA to HHA with a free one-day class
  • Nursing students - ask us how you can work for us as a Home Health Aide!
  • Must be caring, dependable, & must meet health requirements
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
